Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate for the West Springfield, MA location to help customers create custom framing solutions while delivering friendly service. You will assist shoppers, merchandise the store, and maintain a well-stocked, clean environment.

The role includes processing framing orders, cash handling, and supporting omni-channel processes. The position requires basic computer and measuring skills; retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help shoppers find framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with accuracy and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions to company standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Assist with omni-channel processes and stock replenishment.
