Michaels Stores is seeking a store associate in Westwood, MA to build customer relationships and deliver custom framing solutions. You will help customers shop, locate products, and ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment. Prior retail experience is a plus, with nights, weekends, and early mornings expected.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, supporting SOPs, and assisting with omni-channel processes while maintaining a safe, friendly shop floor.

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.
