The Michaels Companies in Falmouth, MA is seeking a Store Framing Associate to help customers select and create custom framing solutions. You will build relationships with shoppers, complete framing orders on time, and maintain a well-merchandised store presence for a welcoming experience.

You will work in a public retail environment with varied hours, including nights and weekends, and you may assist with Omni channel processes and store safety initiatives. Prior retail experience is a plus.

• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders on time with high quality.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stocked store.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
