Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Plymouth, MA is hiring a part-time associate to help customers create custom framing solutions. You will assist shoppers, locate products, and ensure a well-merchandised store while processing frame orders accurately.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, supporting omnichannel processes, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Prior retail experience is preferred and availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings is required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers shop for framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock areas.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to company standards.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist with Omni channel processes.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Assist with unloading trucks and stocking processes.
