Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a framing associate in a store environment to help customers find products and create custom framing solutions. You will operate a cash register, deliver friendly service, and maintain clean, organized areas including the frame shop and shelves.

Every day you will assist with framing orders, stock management, and Omni-channel processes while following SOPs and safety guidelines. Some shifts may include evenings and weekends to support store operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic measuring skills required.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and delivering sales results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what they need.
