The Michaels Companies in Dartmouth, MA, is hiring for a store associate to build customer relationships and guide shoppers through framing options. You will handle sales, framing orders, and cash handling while keeping the store clean, organized, and well merchandised.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring abilities.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop.
• Support Omni channel processes.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
