Calm Water & Bath is seeking an Appointment Setter – Customer Service Specialist to engage homeowners, schedule in-home consultations, and drive a fast-paced outreach effort. You will handle outbound calls, establish trust as the first point of contact, and contribute to a high-energy sales process.

The role offers a daytime-friendly but evening/weekend shift pattern, with compensation ranging from $40,000 to $70,000 per year plus bonuses and benefits like PTO, growth opportunities, and mentor

Qualifications

• Ability to confidently engage with homeowners as the first point of contact, building trust and setting the stage for a successful sales experience
• Enthusiastic and energetic demeanor

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners and schedule in-home consultations
• Maintain daily target of 4 qualified appointments
• Dial pace of ~250 calls per day and stay organized to ensure appointments are within 72 hours
