Calm Water and Bath in South Jersey is seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team. You will answer incoming calls, gather details, and schedule Design Consultant visits to homeowners as part of our care-focused process.

This role can be full-time or part-time, offering a stable environment with growth, base pay plus commission, PTO, and a mentorship program in a supportive company culture.

YOUR SCHEDULE

• 7 am – 4 pm M–F
• 8 am - 5 pm M–F
• 9 am – 5 pm M–F
• Evening, night, or weekend shifts as needed
• Overtime available
• Shifts vary but remain within business hours

YOUR DAY AS OUR APPOINTMENT SETTER

In this Appointment Setter role, you begin each day ready to support homeowners and guide them through their first steps with us. You answer incoming calls, gather essential details, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants to visit their homes. You manage shifting calendars, communicate updates promptly, and help ensure every homeowner receives a smooth, positive experience. With each call, you set the tone for the customer journey-providing reassurance, clarity, and a warm welcome into our process.
