You will be the link between homeowners and our team, guiding appointments and delivering prompt, attentive service during standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in-office in Cherry Hill, NJ.

ABOUT THIS APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER ROLE

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work full- or part-time hours, all from our Cherry Hill, NJ office. The position is in-person only, supporting both homeowners and our internal team during standard business hours.

In this full- or part-time role, you will dive into scheduling appointments for our Design Consultants, acting as the vital link between interested homeowners and our expert team. You will respond swiftly to new leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed, and your efficiency will keep our scheduling process running smoothly. Your day will be a blend of answering inbound calls, reaching out with outbound calls, and keeping communication flowing. Your work will make a direct impact on how we serve homeowners, ensuring every client receives prompt and attentive service.
