Job summary

Calm Water & Bath is seeking an Appointment Setter – Customer Service Specialist to engage homeowners, schedule in-home consultations, and drive a fast-paced outreach effort. You will handle outbound calls, establish trust as the first point of contact, and contribute to a high-energy sales process.

The role offers a daytime-friendly but evening/weekend shift pattern, with compensation ranging from $40,000 to $70,000 per year plus bonuses and benefits like PTO, growth opportunities, and mentor

What’s your day like?

You engage with homeowners in a confident, upbeat manner, managing a steady flow of outgoing calls while guiding conversations toward scheduling in-home consultations. You maintain a fast pace, consistently reaching 250 dials per day, and work with purpose to set at least 4 qualified appointments daily. You stay organized, ensure appointments are scheduled within 72 hours, and take pride in being the first positive interaction a homeowner has with the company.

We’re looking for someone who can work evening and weekend shifts

• Monday through Thursday: 3 pm – 8 pm
• Friday: 3 pm – 6 pm
• Saturday/Sunday: 10 am – 4 pm
