Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a team of associates, and ensure accurate handling of inventory. This role emphasizes leadership, safety, and efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and experience with warehouse management software, along with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of high volume warehouse operations experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading and supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Supervises warehouse associates including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and mentoring staff.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper loading with paperwork.
• Ensures FIFO and proper stocking of received goods.
• Demonstrates service quality and ensures staff understand their roles to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes WMS and technologies to maximize productivity and analyzes performance.
• Maintains building security and enforces safety policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
