Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, productivity, and efficiency across warehouse operations. You will supervise staff, monitor flow, and ensure customer orders are fulfilled with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a proven ability to coach and develop teams in a fast-paced distribution environment; a degree in a related field and WMS experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, productivity and efficiency of warehouse operations.
• Supervise and train warehouse employees; report to Warehouse Manager.
• Manage daily workflow and coordinate with transportation teams.
• Assist in hiring and interviewing potential employees.
• Maintain attendance, productivity logs, and performance records.
• Prepare and present daily reports to management and adjust processes to improve efficiency.
