KeHE Distributors is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Romeoville, IL to lead a 25–28 person team and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

You will manage day-to-day activities across receiving, sorting, and shipping while upholding strict safety standards and compliance, with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with warehouse management software and inventory control is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for coordinating a 25–28 person team.

• Lead and mentor a team of 25–28 Warehouse Associates, ensuring tools and support to meet performance expectations.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and trainings.
• Apply LEAN principles and continuous improvement to optimize receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive productivity, accuracy, and adherence to schedules.
