Job summary

Panduit in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead shipping/receiving, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive performance across the warehouse.

You will assign daily priorities, optimize workflows, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery while upholding safety, quality, and compliance. The role requires 3+ years in warehousing and a high school diploma; a bachelor’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in warehousing with team leadership experience.
• International Wave Planning: Experience analyzing, scheduling, and planning orders.
• Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; proficient in Oracle and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Team: Inspire, coach, and manage Warehouse employees; support promotions and performance reviews.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee receiving, picking, packing, and shipping; ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Plan & Execute with Precision: Create schedules and workforce plans; manage inventory control and replenishment.
• Ensure Safety & Quality Standards: Maintain safety, security, and equipment handling standards.
• Optimize & Innovate: Lead process improvements and cross-functional projects.
