Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Warehouse Tech Lead in the United States to drive shipping, inventory, and process improvements. You will lead daily team activities, train staff, and ensure accurate order fulfillment using RF scanning. The role supports continuous improvement and operational excellence across warehousing activities.

The position requires strong organizational skills, 3+ years in warehousing, and forklift experience. A hybrid in-office schedule and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehousing experience.
• 1+ years forklift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Manage inventory activities: receiving, restocks, put-aways, cycle counts, troubleshooting.
• Load/unload trucks and containers efficiently; train and develop staff.
• Analyze warehouse processes and drive efficiency improvements.
• Pick, pack, and complete customer and internal orders using RF units.
• Act as backup to Warehouse Supervisor and coordinate order processing.
