Smart Warehousing seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to ensure operational success in assigned areas by optimizing labor, processes, and inventory control. The role emphasizes leadership, adherence to SOPs, and delivering exceptional customer service through accurate inventory and strong team management.

The position entails monitoring orders, shipments, and performance, while driving process improvements and providing daily/weekly/monthly reports to Operations. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related professional experience.
• 3+ years in industry; two years in warehouse role with proven results; supply chain experience required.
• Advanced supervision experience with responsibility for others.
• Experience with domestic and international logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Exchange) and basic hardware.

Responsibilities

• Drives teamwork to meet productivity targets.
• Trains staff and monitors performance and service levels.
• Responsible for timecard management and productivity data entry.
• Hire, onboard, manage performance, and coach assigned employees up to termination.
• Identify bench strength and cross-train for promotion opportunities.
