Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower for current day and week, minimizing overtime.
• Lead daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily duties to warehouse workers to meet safety, service and productivity requirements.
• Manage workflows efficiently.
• Provide training and direction to ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
