Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Enfield, CT is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support the Shift Supervisor by training staff, upholding safety standards, and leading daily shift meetings while ensuring accuracy and quality of customer orders.

You will manage inventory, operate powered equipment, build orders, coach new hires, and contribute to a clean, efficient warehouse. This role requires 0–2 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of general work experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shift Supervisor with training, safety, reporting, and the daily shift meeting.
• Build and select orders accurately by following load tickets and ensuring product quality.
• Operate and maintain powered industrial equipment and perform pre-shift checks.
• Manage inventory including receiving inbound products, replenishing stock, and ensuring date code accuracy.
• Prepare and move orders by shrink-wrapping, labeling, and transporting to loading dock.
• Coach new hires and uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Other duties as assigned.
