Qualifications

Associate degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership experience.
High School diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Plan daily and weekly manpower requirements, minimizing overtime.
Lead daily shift meetings to convey safety and operational messages.
Assign daily work to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity.
Manage workflows efficiently and maintain productivity and reliability.
Provide training and direction to staff to ensure SOP adherence.
Maintain statistics on employees, productivity and equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
