Job summary

Reyes Holdings in Enfield, CT is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support daily operations and assist the Shift Supervisor with training, safety, and reporting. You will build and select orders accurately, maintain product quality, and ensure orders ship damage-free.

The role involves operating powered equipment, performing pre-shift checks, managing inventory, and coaching new hires while upholding safety and cleanliness standards on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of general work experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist Shift Supervisor with training, safety, reporting and daily shift meetings.
• Build and select orders accurately by following load tickets, ensuring product quality and damage-free delivery.
• Operate and maintain powered equipment including electronic pallet jacks and walkie-riders with pre-shift checks and safety policies.
• Manage inventory by receiving inbound products, replenishing stock, restocking, repacking and ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Prepare and move orders by shrink-wrapping, labeling, and transporting completed orders to the loading dock or trailer.
• Serve as a role model and peer coach for new hires, facilitate training and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Other projects or duties as assigned
