Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Montgomery, AL. The role oversees logistics operations, coaches staff, and ensures safety, quality, and KPI achievement. The position is salaried with a 2:00pm–11:00pm shift, Monday through Friday, offering benefits and growth opportunities.

Ideal candidates have warehouse leadership experience and familiarity with automation/robotics. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1+ year in related environments and supervisory

Qualifications

Warehouse leadership experience preferred.
Experience with automation/robotics preferred.
H.S. diploma or GED required.
One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
0 to one year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift logistics.
Accountable for site KPIs and performance.
Perform coaching and development of staff; ensure safety and compliance.
