Job summary

U.S. AutoForce in Alabaster, Alabama seeks a skilled warehouse supervisor to lead a shift and drive daily objectives. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, and optimize processes to meet delivery goals.

You will coordinate receiving, stocking, loading, and returns, while maintaining strong customer service and team communication. The role requires forklift familiarity and the ability to work Sundays through Thursdays. Classic manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising assistants.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems.
• Willing to overtime or flexible hours on short notice.
• Good memory and scanning abilities.
• Good communication and math skills.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs. with the proper equipment and climb 20 feet on a regular basis.
• Able to learn to use a forklift.
• May require valid drivers license and conformance with company driver policy.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Leads and evaluates team performance through goal setting and feedback.
• Screens, hires and trains new staff as needed.
• Ensures safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Supports process improvements.
• Conducts regular team meetings to communicate policies.
• Maintains high customer service and communication.
• Receives, stocks, and ships products; handles returns.
• Operates power equipment including forklift.
• May serve as backup driver.
