Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to one year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review, with the Logistics Manager, all logistics processes and ensure standards and customer service specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers for optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and performance progress.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings and coaching to meet objectives and recognize successes.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
