Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift (5:30 PM–4:30 AM) in Georgia. The role supervises the warehouse team, ensures safe and efficient performance, and collaborates with production and logistics to meet customer deliveries.

Strong leadership, WMS proficiency, and adherence to SOPs are essential. Responsibilities include overseeing receiving, putaway, shipping, and daily shift handoffs, plus coaching and evaluating staff.

Qualifications

• Must have supervised at least 10-15 employees
• Must have 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience
• 5S and lean manufacturing principles highly desired
• Familiarity with WMS and per-shift SOPs
• General high school degree or GED required

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse shift operations and ensure task execution and safety compliance
• Coordinate receiving, putaway, and production moves using WMS
• Conduct end-of-shift walkthroughs and ensure proper documentation and locations
• Coach and evaluate warehouse leads and associates; manage attendance and coaching actions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution
