Home Chef is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a 2nd shift (5:30 PM–4:30 AM) in Lithia Springs, GA. You will oversee the warehouse team, ensure safe and efficient operations, and drive accuracy across receiving, putaway, production, and shipping processes.

The role requires leadership of 10–15 staff, proficiency with WMS and PIT equipment, and a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Competitive base salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with 2+ years supervising 10–15 employees.
• Experience in warehouse operations and safety programs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Familiar with WMS and PIT equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Enforce safety procedures and 5S lean practices.
• Coordinate with production and logistics for on-time shipments.
• Perform shift handoffs and manage staffing and performance.
• Audit inventory and ensure accurate putaway and receiving.
