Job summary

Home Chef is seeking a Warehouse Lead for 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with Fri/Sat off. Lead daily tasks, train associates on SOPs, and ensure safe, timely completion of work.

Responsibilities include receiving, issuing to production, shipping, and inventory control, with emphasis on teamwork and quality. The role requires 1+ year warehouse-experience and strong Excel/Word skills, plus ability to train staff on Netsuite and WMS usage.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required and warehouse experience in shipping/receiving/inventory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word to execute counts and corrections.
• Experience training teams and using handheld data logging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate daily task lists to warehouse associates.
• Train team on SOPs, safety and P.I.T. operation.
• Oversee receiving, issuing, and shipping processes and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate records and reports; escalate delays or risks promptly.
• Ensure all activities are completed to standard and provide on-floor feedback.
