Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support or related field required.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping).
• Experience with inventory control principles and stock movement tracking.
• Familiarity with temperature-controlled handling and cold chain requirements for sensitive products.

Responsibilities

• Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products.
• Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details and status changes.
• Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence.
• Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation for processing.
• Identify and resolve routine delivery, inventory, or equipment issues.
• Ensure handling, storage, and movement meet traceability and loss prevention requirements.
