Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse support associate in Savage, MN to verify shipments, update systems, and track inventory to ensure accurate movement and on-time delivery. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and less than two years of related experience.

Shifts are four days per week with Sunday-Thursday coverage, starting 3:30 PM on Sundays and 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday, concluding when work is complete.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
• Updates warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
• Tracks fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
• Prepares dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
• Reviews routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and routes unresolved issues.
• Confirms handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
