Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of warehouse/DC experience.
• Ability to read and understand English product descriptions and shelf labels.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; detail oriented.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Must maintain safety standards and be able to operate power equipment if certified.
• Overtime willingness and participation in physical inventory.
• Hazmat training certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, and stage customer orders; handle returns and inventory control.
• Verify merchandise against shipment records and report discrepancies.
• Stock shelves and keep designated areas organized.
• Use RF devices to aid picking/packing and enter orders into the system.
• Assemble customer orders and ensure correct quantities and specifications.
• Complete daily inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in training new associates and maintain safety practices.
• Operate power equipment and observe safety procedures as applicable.
