Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse associate in Minnesota to support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. You will use forklifts and RF equipment to manage inventory and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment.

Typical shift runs 5:30am–finish, with overtime expected. Pay starts at $19–$24 per hour with potential for bonuses and a $2000 sign-on. Full-time benefits and training programs are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to read and understand the English language.
• Experience in a climate-controlled facility.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Willingness to overtime.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking and staging customer orders, returns, shipping and inventory organization.
• Verifies merchandise received against shipment records and reports discrepancies.
• Stocks shelves and ensures materials are in designated areas.
• Assembles customer orders from stock and records data in the system.
• Performs daily inventory counts and researches discrepancies.
• Assists with inventory procedures; may train new associates.
• May perform forklift/reach truck operations and order fulfillment in cage/vault or refrigerated areas.
