Job summary

Cencora in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Support role to assist fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations, ensuring timely product movement and service continuity.

You will maintain records, process routine requests, monitor temperature-sensitive materials, and coordinate material movement using warehouse equipment, with opportunities for incentive pay and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations activities to enable timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity.
• Maintains operational records, transaction accuracy, and workflow adherence across transportation, storage, and shipment activities.
• Processes routine and moderately complex requirements within established guidelines to reduce disruption and sustain control of materials and vehicles.
• Addresses recurring operational exceptions and contributes to process enhancements that improve visibility and day-to-day effectiveness.
• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
