Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a warehouse support role in Indiana. The team handles inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to ensure accurate product movement and timely order fulfillment.

The position requires strong inventory control, shipping preparation, and attention to replenishment and safety rules. Shifts are Sunday 4:00pm onward, Monday-Thursday 5:00pm onward, with pay starting at $23.55 and potential up to $29.30 based on incentives, diff ER, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required; Associate's degree in related field preferred.
• CSCP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities to support accurate product movement and effective order fulfillment.
• Prepares shipments, packaging materials, and staging areas to meet handling requirements and dispatch timelines.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies, stock movements, and transaction variances to preserve inventory integrity.
• Monitors stock levels, storage conditions, and workflow status to identify replenishment needs and service risks.
• Investigates damaged shipments, handling issues, and process exceptions to determine causes and support timely resolution.
• Documents shipment status, inventory updates, and operational exceptions to maintain accurate warehouse visibility.
