SanMar in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Production II associate to support warehouse operations. You will pick products, restock locations, audit outbound orders, and use voice/RF devices to ensure accuracy and timely shipping.

This role requires 1-3 years in warehouse activities, basic math, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Shift options include Sunday-Wednesday nights with overtime possibilities, and benefit-rich employment with PTO and 401k.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience.
• Ability to read/write and identify colors, sizes, SKUs.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow directions and shift priorities.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Regular attendance.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Pick product accurately from locations and place into cartons or totes.
• Restock product to designated locations.
• Inspect outbound orders for accuracy; seal and prep for invoicing.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
