Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in warehousing or distribution.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience.
• PC skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, schedule, and assign duties to optimize cost efficiency.
• Inspect work for quality, neatness, and policy conformity.
• Schedule inventories and ensure accurate shipping of outbound orders.
• Provide clear instructions and ensure accountability per SOPs.
• Mentor and coach staff, conduct performance evaluations.
• Monitor zoning and product data during receiving; train on policies.
• Support Safety Program and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist General Manager with various tasks as needed.
