Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely locate and move product using RF scanning and powered lift equipment. You will load, unload, and stage items, restock and pick orders, and ensure daily equipment checks and safety compliance.

You’ll work Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00PM–5:30AM, earning $18.00/hour plus a $2.00 shift differential. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and comprehensive medical coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantities.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment using an RF unit to scan and locate product.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect and maintain equipment daily and ensure proper use and safety.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines; complete certifications as required.
• Work with others to meet daily production goals.
