Job summary

SanMar's DC Warehouse is seeking an Equipment Operator who will locate product with RF scanning, move and stage goods, and restock orders for shipment. You’ll operate lift equipment and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, 1–3 years lift experience, color/SKU identification, basic math, and good communication. Shifts: Mon-Fri 2:30pm–11pm, $21.50–$28.00/hr plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels and SKUs.
• Basic math skills; able to count and manage quantities.
• Able to follow directions, adapt to priorities, and rotate to other production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate lift equipment and RF scanner to locate and move product.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product for orders.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect and maintain equipment daily; ensure proper use and safety.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA-compliant practices.
