Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Equipment Operator to locate products safely using an RF unit, pull items from shelves, and move them to the correct departments. You will process a portion of customer orders, restock bins, and perform daily equipment checks.

Shift is Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–9:30 PM with pay at $19.00 per hour (includes a $1 shift differential). Benefits include PTO, holidays, a 401k plan with matches, life and disability insurance, paid maternity/paternity leave, and pet insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of lift operator experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKUs.
• Basic math skills required.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork spirit.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment using an RF unit to scan movement and locate locations.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack product for customer orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and handle checkout/return procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain equipment keys properly.
• Complete and maintain lift operator certification every three years.
