Job summary

Staples in Tennessee is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a 12:00pm-8:30pm shift, Monday through Friday. You will support inventory control and order fulfillment within our distribution center, using forklifts and other material handling equipment.

You will verify product accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and work with teammates to ensure safe, efficient operations. We offer competitive pay of $21.50 per hour with a $1 shift differential and benefits after the initial period.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Basic math and problem solving to manage inventory.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office; familiarity with WMS a plus.
• Effective communication with team and customers.
• Willingness to obtain MHE certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to minimize shortages.
• Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, and electric pallet jacks safely.
• Confirm product accuracy and resolve issues with colleagues.
