The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic English reading/writing skills. Overtime with little notice may be needed; OSHA safety rules apply, with opportunities to learn and operate equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Comfort lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Experience operating material handling equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, QC, sort, palletize, pack, and ship.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities in a team or independent setting.
• Pick large case items with lifting equipment and place on designated carts.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use Warehouse Management System to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required and maintain safety.
