Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Associate (Assoc II) to support inbound and outbound activities. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and shipping products, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and productivity.

The position operates Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 9:30pm, with overtime potentially required based on business needs. The pay rate is $21.50 per hour, including a shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, HSA, 401k, and more.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift.
• Overtime may be required with little or no notice.
• Experience with RF scanners and material handling equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing shipments using SOPs.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Drive handling equipment as required (forklift, cherry picker, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to OSHA standards.
