Cardinal Health, Inc. is looking for an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound and outbound activities. You will follow SOPs to pick, pack, and ship orders, use WMS, and operate material handling equipment in a fast-paced distribution setting.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and adapt to overtime with short notice while maintaining quality and safety standards. Benefits and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and material handling equipment.
• Willing to work overtime with little notice.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Utilize WMS to check in/out products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and assist with projects.
