Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops in Champlin, MN to support outbound activities and inbound receiving. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, operate PIT equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, familiarity with RF scanning, and the ability to work a Sunday-Wednesday shift. Cardinal Health offers comprehensive benefits and a range of employee programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, packing, and shipping prep.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (order picker, forklift, reach truck, etc.).
• Use WMS to check in/out products and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and participate in team meetings.
