Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to support inbound or outbound activities in a distribution environment. You will follow SOPs to process orders, pick items, check quality, and prepare shipments.

Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, maintaining a safe work area, and cross-training across areas. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and good verbal and written communication. Evening shift availability encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• Reach truck experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, quality checks, sort, consolidate freight, wrap pallets, pack and prepare shipments.
• Follow directions and adapt priorities while working independently or in a team.
• Pick large items with equipment or small items to designated carts.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Use Warehouse Management System to check in/out products.
• Operate order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, or walkie rider as required.
• Maintain housekeeping and inventory control, ensuring a safe work environment.
