Job summary

MedVet is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Supervisor to lead client-facing operations in a fast-paced veterinary setting. You will greet and check-in clients, manage reception duties, assist with hiring and training, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction for our patients and their families.

The role requires composure in stressful situations, the ability to lead teams, strong communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to the MedVet experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent client service skills including verbal and written communication along with phone etiquette.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Attention to detail, self-motivated and the ability to work successfully as part of a team and autonomously.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate needs inter & intra-departmentally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in clients
• Answer telephones and transfer calls
• Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
• Discuss payment options and process payments
• Maintain a neat and clean lobby
• Delegating tasks/assist with tasks
• Monitor team’s performance
• Assist with hiring/training/development
• Handle complaints (from both staff and clients)
