MedVet is seeking a collaborative Veterinary Client Service Supervisor to lead the front desk team and ensure outstanding client experiences at our Dayton, OH location. You’ll work closely with veterinary assistants and technicians to support clients and patients from check-in to checkout.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, monitoring performance, and assisting with hiring, training and development while maintaining a welcoming, organized lobby and efficient operations.

• Ability to remain composed in stressful and emotional situations.

• Excellent client service skills and communication, including phone etiquette.
• Attention to detail, self-motivated and able to work in a team or independently.
• Sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Some flexibility with work hours and ability to work extra hours when necessary.
• Critical thinking and ability to coordinate across departments.
• Previous experience in a veterinary setting preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience.

We are looking for:

Veterinary Client Service Supervisor

Our Client Services Representatives are the first team our clients meet when they walk through the door, the friends that offers support while waiting in the lobby and the experts at answering any questions. They partner closely with our veterinary assistants and technicians to provide the MedVet experience for anyone walking through our doors. Your heart for our clients will ensure that they feel supported for duration of their time at MedVet.

What you’ll do:

• Greet and check-in clients
• Answer telephones and transfer calls
• Escort clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
• Discuss payment options and process payments
• Maintain a neat and clean lobby
• Delegating tasks/assist with tasks

• Handle complaints (from both staff and clients)

• Previous experience in veterinary setting (preferred)
• Prior supervisroy experience
