1st Pet Veterinary Centers in Mesa, AZ seeks an Experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) for swing shifts. You will be the first and last contact for clients, handling check-in/check-out, payments, and data entry with a compassionate, client-first approach.

As part of an ESOP, you’ll join a veterinary practice group prioritizing pets, clients, and team members. The role offers dynamic, fast-paced mornings and evenings with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in veterinary client-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication with clients and team members required.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and check in/out.
• Process payments and update records.
