Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking energetic team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You’ll work Sunday through Thursday evenings, 8:00pm to finish, typically 2–3 hours, using your own open-bed pickup truck where required. No experience?

Training is provided. You must pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. A cell phone is needed to use our field app and stay connected with your supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly trash/recycling collection at assigned communities.
• Use tote/cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps.
• Use the field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash with open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of waste properly.
• Perform additional services as needed (porter, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure workflow.
• Work quietly to minimize disturbance to residents.

• Lift up to 25 lbs; climb stairs; work outdoors in varying weather.
• Own an open bed pickup truck and have valid driver’s license/insurance.

• Work efficiently without sacrificing service quality.
