Job summary

Butler Plus is hiring for a part-time role delivering doorstep valet trash services at multifamily communities. You will perform nightly trash and recycling collection, using an open-bed pickup truck and the company app to track time and tasks.

No prior experience is required as we provide training. The position offers evening hours Sunday through Thursday and a pay rate of $50 per day, with additional incentives through referral programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize the field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it on-site.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure efficient workflow.
• Lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, and work outdoors in varying weather.
