Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to handle nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You will work evenings, with a roughly 2–3 hour shift starting around 8:00 PM, using the company app for check-ins and reporting, and transporting trash with an open-bed pickup truck.

Prior experience is not required, training is provided. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, own a truck, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver on the insurance.
• Have a cell phone to download and use the company's app.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings as needed.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Trash Butler's field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in the on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor/manager to ensure workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize disturbance to residents.
