Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities. You’ll work Sunday through Thursday evenings, 8:00pm to finish (2–3 hours).

Training is provided, and a valid driver’s license with insurance is required for properties needing a truck. Responsibilities include collecting bagged trash from resident doorsteps, using the field app for timekeeping and reporting, and safely transporting waste to on-site dumpsters or chute rooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed satisfactorily.
• Collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep with the assigned tote/cart.
• Use the company field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose on-site.
• Perform additional services such as porter service, bulk item hauling, or light cleaning as needed.
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure workflow and safety.
